As a film producer, no matter how videos you produce or how many sets you’re on, there are few projects that are especially memorable, and Peter James John was one of them. I had the pleasure of working with fellow Brisbane filmmaker and director of photographer, Kevin Khang Nguyen to create a visual poem for an AFTRS assessment. With next-to-no budget and only a handful of crew, we able to create something truly special that also demonstrates our transferable skills for commercial projects. Whether we’re collaborating on a web series or in the throws of a TV commercial production, it’s always a delight to work with someone who’s on your wavelength and shares your work ethic.
